Finch & Friends
I’ve been using a “self-care” app called “Finch” for over a month now. I put in basic things that I need to do. I have a chart I was using at one point, but stopped. However, this app has basics for medication and hygiene. You get points based on how often you do those things Continue reading

It’s Funny, But Not?
Solitaire. I can play solitaire for hours at a time. Or Happy Color. I have a folder on my phone of my “Relaxing Games.” In order: “Einstein Riddle,” “Finch,” “Happy Color,” “Solitaire,” “Sudoku.” I’m not a fan of math, but Sudoku is helping my concentration a lot. In order (Again): Einstein Riddle – Logic puzzle. Continue reading

… Strange …
I wish I could say I had a favorite, but if I’m being entirely honest, I’ve never thought about it. There are many historical figures that I admire, and I greatly enjoy learning the history behind places and people. Maybe there’s one historical figure that I really like the most though. Tesla. The man wanted Continue reading

Perspectives
I hope I don’t have a blog post with this title already… I really… really hope I don’t have a problem with some of these new leanings in the next few days. Since I’ve found myself feeling extremely depressed to the point of sickness… I’ve decided to not let the madness keep going. I’ve never Continue reading

Uninspired
… I’m not sure what’s happening to me right now. I was super motivated when this week began and then suddenly it’s just… I don’t know. I’m starting to worry that my mental state is deteriorating again. I’ve had hours today to complete an assignment that only takes me on average 2 hours… but it’s Continue reading

I Promise I Had A List…
I was supposed to pick up a forever furbaby friend for my ancient cat, however the one I chose still wasn’t spayed. Why a 6 year old female cat wouldn’t have been spayed yet baffles me. She was also 20lbs and needed to lose a lot of weight. I asked the people at the shelter Continue reading

All Nice And Green
My favorite season is spring. I’m sensitive to temperatures. I don’t feel well when it’s too hot, and I’m in a lot of pain when it’s cold. Spring, not fall is a happy middle ground where things feel fine. My sinuses might be upset, but otherwise I feel fine. ~J. Lyst Not looking forward to Continue reading

Accountability
I have a problem. It’s a frustrating one and hails from the days when I was actually able to go out and work. Back then, I always fretted about being able to pay bills. After a while, I stopped constantly spending with the cards because I was struggling to pay them off quickly. I was Continue reading
