Knowledge Doesn’t Always Mean Anything

Daily writing prompt
Do you have a quote you live your life by or think of often?

1 Corinthians 3:19 – “the wisdom of the world is foolishness with God.”

Learning and knowing things is fine, but there is a danger when trying to use that knowledge to discredit the word of God. The Bible continues to be the only book that is far ahead of its time, explaining the shape of the earth and the fact that the earth sat on nothing. The Bible even describes the water cycle.

There are standards of behavior and dress… even things that benefit physical and mental health. Lots of questions are answered.

Trying to use manmade knowledge to show how wrong the Bible is?

Pfft. Please.

One response to “Knowledge Doesn’t Always Mean Anything”

  1. Amen, amen. There are so many verses that blow my mind every time I read the Bible… and He made sure the Bible was written in a way that even a CHILD can understand the concepts presented….a collection of books that never fail to reveal something new about this world.
