Hey, Miss J!

Today could be neatly described as being insane. For one, I never really slept overnight. I was awake until about 1PM. Before I was on all of these meds, staying awake for 24-hours was an anomaly for me. It never really happened, because I was already far too sleepy to be awake.

Now though? Running for 24 hours on 1 hour or less has become a strange infrequent occurrence with me. It’s not a frequent event – but it happens enough that it deserves an honorable mention here.

For reference, I was awake from about 10:50AM Wednesday until after 1PM today.

Was I fully cognizant?

Well, I assume that I was coherent.

As is the truth with many things though, what we assume versus the reality can be quite different in reality.

I also just finished a phone call with my dad. We were in a lively conversation about the differences between the bodies of men and women. I explained a simple fact to him. The adult skeleton, sans flesh, will reveal over 90% of the time if the person was a man or woman. This is primarily done by examining the pelvis.

What neither of us knew was that skull size along with bone length can also be used as identifying factors.

There’s a lot of differences when people are still alive.

…Then he told me about a woman he went to high school with who had a thick mustache and beard. I asked if they were thicker than his.

When he said yes, I asked if he was jealous. He explained that he was not, and I asked him why he never asked her for tips on growing a luxurious beard.

He just laughed.

My dad is mostly hairless. He has like 1 chest hair and he’s had a lot of pride in that thing. No other chest or back hair. Which is nice, cause back hair’s kinda gross. He’s got very fine leg and arm hair. It’s like mine actually.

…Yet for some reason, EA thinks it’s okay to have my Sims suddenly sprouting body hair everywhere.

It’s amusing that I have to remind myself to have my male sims shave themselves. Females too. No one is exempt.

What else will I do tonight? Gonna hammer out a lesson and then see what else is on the docket.

Maybe rewrite my agenda lists?

I’m very behind now.
