What’s a moment that made you question reality?

When I was on a medication to handle the shaking of my hands that we thought was due to my psychiatric drugs.

I couldn’t navigate the sidewalk, and I felt like I was talking down a long tunnel whenever I opened my mouth.

I’ve also experienced the sensation of partially being outside my body. I kept staring at my hands… confused about where I was.
