How can you build a regular fitness routine?

I need to spend the time to sit and start a routine schedule. For me, I’d have to start with walking, then Pilates. I’d probably review my P90X program (if I still have the discs) and create a weight-lifting schedule as well.

I have spinal and joint issues… so I need to strongly modify everything.

But right now… Sour cream, salsa and chips are waiting. Bad? Yes.

My new “diet” will be starting in the AM.

… and of course, now I realized that I forgot to buy bacon. But, that’s fine. The bacon is just… I managed to only spend $96 today at the grocery store. Which has to last me for weeks.

Considering grocery prices…

So meal prep.

Meal Prep is more important than the exercise regimen.
