I’m a simple person. Plenty of land. Log cabin. Forest behind me, shallow river a few feet away and a body of water that leads to a waterfall about 30-50 feet away.
No idea much of the furniture, seeing as I sometimes sleep on the floor.
I’d love to have a garden. Would plant flowers that were very inviting to hummingbirds. I would have fruit trees and grow my own vegetables. There would also be plans to grow wheat and flax.
Tentative plans to grow cotton and take up making my own material to knit/sew/crotchet things.
What else would go into the house?
Haven’t thought it out enough yet.
I guess some people plan the design of their home around the furniture?? If that’s the case, I would have hand-carved furniture, with comfy and hand sewn cushions.
