What’s the hardest decision you’ve ever had to make? Why?

I am a writer.

I love creating stories.

I love sharing stories.

The attention I receive from the views of others on my written literature makes me feel good.

I’m even a published author and have plans to work on a second book. This one will be a children’s book, which is why I’ve been attempting to do the illustration properly.

So…

I recently mentioned how I removed all traces of my fanfictions from the sites they were hosted on.

I didn’t mention it all.

I also deleted all the originals and backed up copies on ALL of my digital device.

All of them.

Along with halting my play of the Sims, I also deleted the related social media pages along with my YouTube channel.

The hardest decision I’ve made was to delete my fanfictions… Deleting my Sims was also hard, because I told stories with them too on my YouTube page.

But the fanfics…

I also stopped reading fanfic as well. However, my favorite ones to read were my own.

I used to twitch, flinch and tear up because I knew how NtC would end. I had over half of one of the last chapters written.

But…

I had to stop and get rid of all of them. For my own peace of mind.

Still no clue what my readers think.

If any of them have ever looked for my blog or found it, I hope you can find something else to read!

I’m never writing fanfic again.
