To me, a person who is a kid at heart is someone who has an overall cheerful view of things, has positive thoughts of others and doesn’t linger for long on bad things.
I want to be a kid at heart, but it can be difficult some days.
When dealing with stress and adversity, I keep trying to remind myself that attitude matters.
The past, for me, was before. I can’t change it, but I can have a positive effect on my future. All depending on the way I address things.
