Daily writing prompt
What daily habit do you do that improves your quality of life?

Vacuuming, (recent) hitting the litterbox daily, toothbrushing, (trying to) keep on top the dishes, (recent) hauling out the trash everyday, (recent) nighttime showering.

  1. Vacuuming. Helps me keep on top the balls of dust. Might need to vacuum twice a day and have the robot vacuum hit the main level. The consequences of fluffy cats.
  2. Hitting the litterbox. Used to have a problem remembering. With the litterbox right in the living room, I honestly have NO choice in the matter. If I want the living room to not stink.
  3. Toothbrushing. To properly take my medication and not damage my teeth, I need to brush too. So now they get attention twice a day. Still haphazardly remembering to floss.
  4. Keeping on top of the dishes. Helpful, especially with my measuring spoons and measuring cups. I measure out my food fairly often and having them clean and at hand is a big help.
  5. Hauling out the trash everyday. Recently changed this to daytime, seeing as we have the mosquitoes of death out here at night. So I’ll have to do a reset. Keeps odors down. Go fig.
  6. Nighttime showering. Good for cleaning off facial makeup. Nice to feel clean at night too!

There is more, but no space for it all.

Let’s just say I make my life easier by being more proactive.
