To alleviate pain in my back when I’m squatting to pick up things, I’ve acquired a reacher… which I use only when it’s painful for me to bend over or squat.
I use a dishwasher, which also removes pressure in my spine from standing at the sink as much.
I have a kitchen stool with a saddle styled seat that can be elevated… I can use it when I do need to stand up at the sink. It holds me at almost the same height I stand at.
My new office chair is soo comfortable. It leans back and all, and it’s heavily padded. With arm rests. Exactly what I need when I’m too tired at the desk.
I bought one of those jar openers, but it’s hard to use. Bleh… Defeats the purpose of that purchase.
