… I have more of that than answers. I was discharged before 3AM this morning and had to get a Lyft home. I was told that everything was fine. That my brain was fine and my heart was fine.
I was very scared because on top of the stabbing pain that rippled from underneath my shoulder blade to the middle of my chest, it was followed by the pain on the left side of my sternum… and it hurt so much.
I used my security system to get emergency services and while I was waiting, my entire left side went numb… and I started screaming in my head, “Please no,” because I was afraid… thinking I was going to have another stroke. I still have no clue what happened to me.
One of the firefighters that came gave me 4 baby aspirins, and she told me that she was very worried about my heartrate.
Since my heartbeat was over 140 just sitting, it’s not surprising.
I did find something interesting when I came back from the hospital, though. There was what I assume was a saline drip bag hanging off one of the front doors into the house. And… I also found the readout they had from when they had monitors on me to check my heart.
The thing had fallen in the grass.
They told me that my heart looked fine when they were at my house, that I wasn’t having a heart attack. But… the readout read “right ventricular hypertrophy,” which is not something I wanted to read at all.
I plan on starting Pilates and my pt tonight… and do it every day.
No clue if it’ll help my heart, but I hope so…
I’ll also be looking into a new cardiologist.
This does give some explanation as to why I don’t have as much stamina… which will be improved with exercise. But… I also wonder if that last Covid shot caused all of this.

I won’t be getting any more shots of the Covid vaccine… because the next shot might just kill me. And I honestly think the 4 baby aspirin the firefighter gave me helped a lot. I’m glad she was able to get a stable IV line in me.
