I’ve been using a “self-care” app called “Finch” for over a month now. I put in basic things that I need to do. I have a chart I was using at one point, but stopped. However, this app has basics for medication and hygiene.
You get points based on how often you do those things and get what’s called a “micro pet” for your finch. You can pick their colors as they get older.
I might add one in for “charting food,” but I’m not sure yet. It’s not that difficult for me to return to counting calories… It’s coming down to how lazy I am and my ridiculous obsession with Oreos & Milk.
