I’ve unfortunately had many instances on the road, one in which a guy swerved in front of me and jumped out his car.
Dude was mad because I cut him off when he decided to go straight in a lane that was turn only.
I should have flagged down a police officer. Had I been in the wrong frame of mind, I would have just run the man over.
Because he literally… physically got out of his car and jumped in front of me.
He claimed to be police, but was obviously not at all.
Not that it mattered. If he was, he already violated the law by going straight in a turning lane, drove recklessly and wasn’t even in uniform.
To be frank, would that to happen today, I would actually hit him. Not due to anger, but due to issues with reaction time and some such. My reflexes don’t allow me to quickly redirect my vehicle anymore, especially if I’m scared.
This is why I don’t take difficult directions and prefer straight shots on the road.

I sincerely hope he didn’t pull that with anyone else. That kind of stuff will get you shot.
