Current sitting and crunch’n’much on some veggies. With rrranch.
My problem for months has been not eating nearly enough vegetables. At all.
I think I had a two week period at one time where all I ate was bread and cheese.
Now, I’m attempting to add more vegetables to my meals than not. I haven’t made any bread this week… but I did make some crackers. I’ve also made some fresh preserves, so now I’m debating learning how to make strawberry tarts. Hmm. Sounds tasty.
Never though I would enjoy eating crackers I made myself.
Or anything I made myself really. It’s a lot of fun though… but time consuming.
So much time.
My goodness.
Going to settle in, write up part of my new schedule and then hit the hay.
