- Don’t turn to food when depressed over being bullied at school.
- Please stop binge eating, it’s going to make you so sick…
- You need therapy to help you.
- Look in the mirror and say: “I love you,” no less than twice a day. You’ll find that you really do love yourself. Please do it so that in the future you can understand why other people love you too.
- Step into the real world and try to find real friends… ones that can hug you.
- The trauma you’ve experienced is not your fault and you are not alone.
- Stop taking your anger and frustration with other people out on yourself.
There’s so much more I wish I could tell my teenage self… But that’s not possible.
I’m just glad I made it out of my teens before I did something really harmful to myself.
