Since I went back to meal planning… I feel a lot better.
Mind, I started this yesterday. My stomach isn’t feeling bad either… and I don’t feel gross. I went over my calorie limit today… unfortunately.
But to be fair, very little of it was junk today.
I do want to cry though… because I think I’ve spent nearly $500 on groceries this month.
Which means that any takeout or fast food will have a hard no. When and/or if I have days when I don’t feel like cooking, I’ll just pull something out the fridge… Like yogurt or some other snack veggies like carrots or celery.
Even just a cup of milk is better than ordering food through GrubHub. I was dumb with that app last in 2021-2022. Even when I ordered something recently… I just bought something simple that I can cook at home.
Now something I do like cooking is popcorn. I’m not sure when I bought the air popper, but I use that and the double boiler to melt butter.
In other news…I made a lot of headway in chapter 24 of NtC. Though tbf, I can’t remember what I wrote. Wups.
