Unfortunately, just finishing up another bit of medical research. I like to aim for as realistic as I can in my writing, so now I think I have more of a solid idea as to where I am in NtC.
But… I’m tired. I’m almost at the word count I was supposed to hit for today as per the contest.
… I don’t want to do this anymore.
It might be the surging pain in my right arm that has returned with a vengeance, but I just want my ‘surprise’ to be completed as soon as I can.
Is NtC done after 23 chapters?
Not by a long shot!
There are lots of loose ends I’m trying to tie off.
In the interim, I will be refining that prewritten scene for a later chapter… but after I finish EDITING 23 CHAPTERS, EACH AVERAGING 30-40 PAGES LONG.
Send help! And if you can’t, send a mini delivery car with cookies!
I’ll be doing edits for C&R as soon as I pen the last word for NtC.
