As Far As I Can See

I’m slowly cleaning up what my psychiatrist calls my “sleep hygiene.” The downside to this is that I’m napping to catch up the difference. And those naps can cut down on my time.

Tonight, I’m going to attempt to do a top to bottom clean. I’m pretty sure that I have to begin with the living room and spread out from there. That poor spot has become a “catch-all” for everything.

FYI, I’m still coughing, but I don’t hear stuff moving in my chest. I’m starting to think it was extra phlegm from not sleeping with my CPAP mask on.

Yes, that was stupid of me to do.

Very stupid.

I also think I have a cold and am taking some Coricidin for it.

The mild headache and nausea is kind of lingering a bit. I have some ginger tea that should help with part of the problem.

I’m also back on eating vegetables, which is good for my intestines. No, I haven’t set up a meal planner yet, but I do want to chop up some kiwis for dehydration. Which I’ll start tomorrow. My kitchen counter will be cleaned and then promptly occupied by dehydrator.

Kiwis can be difficult and messy to do because they are so very sweet and the juices get everywhere. I also have some freshly cut up pineapple that ill add into the dehydrator.

Home dried fruit snacks… INCOMING.

Oh, and as for the food/meal planner… will have to see. I’ve learned recently that rice should be cooked and eaten within two days. Or at least I think that’s how it works.

I don’t have a way to heat up food aside from on the stovetop or in the oven, so if I do prepacks, they’ll have to go into a skillet on the stove or in a container to bake in the oven.

At current, there is no space for prepacks. I need to clean and reevaluate everything in my deep freezer. I think I’ll aim for that next Sunday. Cos just about every other day, I have a lot to do.

I expect it will take me about… two hours maybe?

I hope it’s no more than that.

Time for Duolingo, and then onwards to chores!
