Today, I’ll be up for a bit tonight… that’s actually intentional for once. I need to complete my assignments and since my day started off so rocky, I didn’t have much time at all to do anything.
Still feel like I’m struggling a bit with my eating choices. I’m hungry fairly often, which is annoying to no end. However, I’m working hard to add more food with fiber into my daily diet so that won’t be a problem. I might be readjusting my menu for tomorrow so that I have avocado.
I noticed that umm… fruit? Vegetable? I noticed it helped me feel full for longer.
I was also under so much stress today that my heart was racing and I actually burned off an additional 1,000 calories today (including the 400 for actual movement). It saw the activity as fat burning and to be honest… I felt pretty beat afterwards.

Will I get caught up? Who knows?! All I know is that I have a lot of tasks to complete and barely over an hour to do it all.
