Hey, Miss J!

So… last year I got brand new glasses. Now, I’m back to wearing the old ones. How on earth that happened… it sort of takes a bit to explain. I originally looked for new glasses because I was starting to have problems seeing and part of the frames of the glasses are breaking down.

Since I believe I bought these glasses about ten years ago – it’s not surprising they’re breaking down.

I mentioned the issue with a diagonal screw that was holding the handle in place… but barely.

I had thread holding the handle in place.

Again, I have never had such a poorly constructed pair of glasses! One of my friends told me that I could probably go to Costco and get new glasses.

I shouldn’t have to spend more than $300 and it includes an eye exam as well!

I gave her my currently “new” pair and put the old pair on.

My vision is actually better.

What kind of strange madness is that?! They must have completely messed up my prescription at the eye place!

Pffeh. At least I can see clearly now. I see better with partially scratched and greasy lenses than I did with supposedly “new” lenses… and all the colors were so dulled.

I can’t believe that the colors changed so much!

My eyeballs are confused! But it’s a good kind of confusion.

I actually got all my chores done today, so I’ll be playing a bit of Sims before bed after I do my reading.
