I’m always always hungry.
It’s a nightmare.
Between food addiction or an eating disorder… I’m not sure which is worse. I unfortunately have both.
This particular blog title is on brand… at least I think so. My doctor recently put me on prednisone. To help my lungs.
Now, I’ve been on it before… but right now I’ve been actively working to lose weight. I’d love to get back to 160, even though for my height 120-135 would be in a normal range.
… I can’t remember the last time I weighed 120. I can’t even imagine myself like that.
I’ve already tremendously increased my activity due to household chores, and now that I’m active in MyFitnessPal again, I’m able to cleanly track my calories.
I have my app set to never add my exercise calories to my food calories.
So whether I burn off 400 calories of 1,000 – I still eat the same.
My FitBit has helped a lot in keeping track of my exercise. I even wear it in my sleep. Tonight, I was supposed to be in bed by 10PM, but I’m aiming for midnight tonight… and then I’m going to sleep hard.
If I do things correctly, I can get to sleep by 11:45. Normally, I would just push aside my dusting and vacuuming, but work was done here today to repair some drywall. To do that, they had to pull down the bad stuff – then smack up fresh stuff. It took them nearly 8 hours, but there’s drywall dust all over the place.
I think tonight will be focused primarily on just vacuuming. I don’t want to spread this dust all over the place. It’s risky.
So doing chores helps me keep my mind on my hunger cravings. It’s rough to have that. It’s a nightmare to always feel hungry. The prednisone makes it worse.
So much worse…
But I want to be healthier, even if it doesn’t feel good initially.
The morning migraines are a nightmare.

Constantly craving things really becomes a mind verses matter at the end of the day. Had some Tylenol, so hoping that helps alleviate the pain.
