For the second night in a row… in a very long time, I’m playing the Sims. Since Iv’e pretty much earned myself some shin splints. At least I think that’s what they’re called. It’s my fault for constantly trying to rush through my chores by running up and down the stairs.
So now I have stabbing pain on the front of my left leg and in the calf. After I got my “critical” chores done, I decided to push all the others aside until tomorrow.
I’m not exactly in a bad mood about it either. Though I do have a lot to do in the morning, so I’m calling time on my gameplay at midnight. And I suppose that’ll be it for this week.
Though I’d love to be able to play every day, I have to be balanced with both my hobbies and my activities.
I’ll try to pencil in maybe one or two days a week doing some writing. 2 hours at a clip seems fine.
I really like this Sim family I’m on right now. Both the dad and mom are unemployed, but they’re both musicians and have licensed out their music. They average between 600-900 simoleons a day. And I think they’re weekly bills are around 1,800 simoleons. So they’re doing alright.

I have to rewrite the listing of future pairings. Now, I started in 2019 with 14 sims. Just 7 families. Now I’m up to like… at least 30+ of them. The game tells me it’s 60+ sims.
Yikes.
