Having a nice dose of nostalgia tonight and watching the video for I2I.
…And one of Joe Tex’s songs. This one, I remember my mom singing all the time. “Ain’t Gonna Bump No More.” I’m watching a Shawn and Mel reaction… AGAIN.
The live performance of the song is hilarious.
I have a few more episodes of “Prairie” on my docket.
Currently, I’m in Chapter 6 of “Navigating the Curve”, doing some edits. I’m also cracking open “Open Arms” for the first time since 2023 and resuming work on the chapters.
Both stories have brand new “Chapter Layout” documents, and as soon as I finish the edit for Chapter 6 of NtC, I’ll begin repairing the damaged chapters of OA and work on the newest chapter of OA that’s sitting there.
It’s actually sitting only 1/3rd done.
Do I have the mood stabilizers to thank for this? I’m not entirely sure. I feel like the nerves in my head are extra sparky today. I also found out today that I kind of messed up my doses of the pills. So, one day, I only have 1 pill.
That will be…interesting.
But 1 is better than none.
I have to go see the psychiatrist in a few days, so we’ll see what she says about this new development.
