I’m sitting here and staring at my right foot. It’s a nice foot… beautiful even. Unfortunately, it’s attached to a malfunctioning ankle.
Days of constantly compensating for my left knee with my right leg resulted in this. Both of my ankles are unstable anyway. Have been for years. The frustration I felt today though… while trying to navigating through the house.
I’m impulsive and unable to keep plans half the time, which is why I have to work extra hard to reign myself in. I had an order for new shelving –
I know right? I keep buying shelves. It seems to be an ongoing thing. I have a reason each time, thankfully. This time, I need it to rearrange the cat’s room.
Yes, my cat has her own room. However, she shares it with me. Or rather… I share it with her?
I don’t know. Maybe I’m saying it backwards. I do have a hospital table in the room though. Along with a lot of cooking magazines.
I have books on the bookshelf, but I’ll be moving the magazines there tonight.
With the new shelving in, I have space for my excess paper products. Along with any additional things that don’t go in the linen closet.
… I just got an idea. I’ll be moving the miniature “linen box” into the cat room as well. That will open up the hallway and make things a lot easier for me in terms of movement.
I have an appointment and meeting tomorrow, so I’ll leave this here. I have pasta on the agenda tonight! And probably some additional writings?
