Elastic Words

So, I’m sitting here, flailing because I’m enjoying the song I’m listening to. When I get enough into it, it can look almost violent.

I also will at times sing at the top of my lungs too.

My furballs get free concerts on a regular basis.

As do my neighbors though they never ask.

Most of what I needed to do today was done, thankfully. I just have a few more things to deal with and we’ll go from there.

I found out early this morning that I had bone spurs in part of my back near my bottom ribs. It’s not some random place, but rather the last two vertebra of my thoracic spine affected. I’m frustrated because I ended up finding out by downloading my medical records… instead of being told by a physician.

Mind you, the scan was done in March, so time was there to inform me.

Pfft.

Anyway, since I got most of the madness taken care of, I should have time to write tonight… or at least figure out where I am supposed to be in the writing.

Sheesh. Jennifer’s not gonna save herself, yunno.

Or does she?

I’ll have to write to figure that out.

Whatever happens, it’ll be a real banger!

I finished working on three laptops and the owner of two of them told me she was gonna toss one. I asked if I could keep it instead and she agreed, with the requirement that I clear out her personal files. For me? That’s as sure as done.

After deleting her files out of her folders, I created a new Admin profile and deleted hers. Discarded the files and on next chance – probably after installing the two 4 GB sticks – I’ll set it for a disk cleanup.

It’s an old Asus (Windows 7 logo), rocking a 320 GB HDD, but running on just 2 GB of RAM. The processor is 64-bit, not that it matters much. It has 2 cores and 2 logical processors.

As opposed to my business PC which has 4 cores and 8 logical processors.

The old Asus has DDR3 sticks, but they’re 1333 MHz.

Ha…

Hahaha!

Upgradable to 8 gigs of RAM, which is what I plan on doing. The RAM sticks are cheap. The battery replacement is also cheap. Will see about how well the old HDD handles the upgrades.

Will be upgrading to Windows 10 as soon as the new RAM sticks are calibrated and working properly.

Then I have to get a name for this sweetie. She boots up faster than she should considering how ancient she is.

Later!
