Oh, honey honey.
Here’s a sample of the newest short going up soon.

The overhead clouds were a mixture of differing shades of blue and gray. The billowy patterns made him think of watching her as she worked on a watercolor painting. Her brushstrokes were definitive and sure. She was never afraid of making mistakes. He’d watched her get paint on her hands and flick her fingers right at the painting afterwards.
An accident, but a positive reaction.
The results were always dazzling to him.
Could he be the same way someday?

I’m a sucker for sap.
I’ll take what chances I can to write some Peter/Jen fluff though!
Today, I met my friends for a gathering.
Outside.
It was so refreshing to see them all in person. We kept respectful distances with each other.
There was food. So much good food! I have no clue who brought the Impossible burgers, but I was soo grateful for them!
I ended up going home with giant containers full of tomatoes, onions and black beans and this humongous tray of banana pudding. There had been two, but no one even touched the other one.
It’s strange because the second one (that I took home) tasted better. I think that’s because it had the méringue.
The first just tasted a bit… watered down. Something was missing, but for the life of me, I have no clue what was missing.
Now then, while I try to cool down and relax, I will see if I can complete this short, edit and get it up.
Then… tend to the cats and then tend to the dishes. And finally, myself.
I think.
Might not exactly go in that order. We’ll have to see.
