I Know What We’re Doing

…Mostly, at least.

Many of my titles come off of songs I’m listening to. Or something that just pops up in my mind.

Hmm. Pop-Ups might be a good title for one.

Anyways, I saw something today before I logged in to working on my blog post. I think that without the pressure of this blog being for a therapist (who will never read it) or my psychiatrist (who probably won’t read this either), I actually enjoy updating.

So, what I saw was this:

I can’t begin to comprehend how that even happened. I’ve been told that my writing is underestimated, that it’s a shame that few people read it. However, when I see what I’m up against…

Yeah, I like these numbers. The views on Fanfiction.net is significantly higher.

Almost twice as much.

I’m immensely grateful for my readers for sticking around. And enduring nearly a year of me being away.

My time for return is swiftly approaching.

I’m nearly done with Chapter 17 of “Navigating the Curve”, which can be found here: https://archiveofourown.org/works/25820569/chapters/62723077 and here: https://www.fanfiction.net/s/13667760/1/Navigating-The-Curve for reference. I have a few tweaks here and there to insert, which should shove it right over the 10,000 K mark and easily spring me right into Chapter 18.

This way is actually nice. I get a whole month to rest and debate what I’m going to do before hurling myself back into the chaos of my own self-imposed deadlines and constantly putting pressure on myself.

I’m hopeful that by September, I’ll have two chapters that only need editing and will be ready for launch.

We’ll see how it goes.

And how is my IT stuff?

Yeah… let’s not talk about that. I’m more frustrated with myself than anyone else over what’s happened with my IT training and lack of completion.

Any way…

Toodles!
