I just realized that I have a lot of material on backlog for my podcast. Oops.
I wasn’t able to get out and do either walk. However, somehow, I still managed to wobble my way through a mile today. I take that as a success then?
My right thigh was being a jerk (muscle fatigued far too fast) along with my left hip (tightening and trying to lock up).
I lost weight according to the doctor’s scale, so that’s also good.
I suppose the bulk of what I do for some time will involve primarily my diet. Eating healthier makes me feel less sick for a certainty. I had to push myself hard today to move around too.
Doc suggested doubling up my dose at night. So that means that in less than 1 hour, I have to eat down a veggie laden dinner, clean out the CPAP tank and mask and then settle down for bed.
I don’t know when I’ll fall asleep tonight, but I know that it will be hard sleep.
I’ll be sitting up for a bit, jotting down notes for chapter 17 of Navigating the Curve.
That’s it, I ‘spose.
Tomorrow, I need to be on the road, so I won’t take morning meds and just head out when I have time to get my prescriptions.
Dōmo arigatō!
