There were so many books I read growing up. Lots of Grimm’s Fairytales. Lots of fantasy books. One of them was the beginning of the Acorna series. There was also one about the Simbul.
I was assigned books like “Roll of Thunder, Hear My Cry,” “The Odyssey,” “Jubilee,” “Lady Macbeth,” “A Tale Of Two Cities,” “Les Miserables.”
Huh. There’s more books than I can remember.
Oh… and “The Most Dangerous Game.”
I guess my favorite book to read was the Almanac, which my grandparents got every year.
It’s probably how I remember so much about mythology without looking it up.
