I’m also politically neutral.
I see being patriotic as one being fiercely loyal to their country of origin and seeing it as superior to anywhere else.
I don’t dislike where I come from in the least, nor would I turn on my homeland. I have, unfortunately, seen what happens as a result of patriotism.
People get hurt. People can lose their lives.
I cannot see my country as necessarily superior to other places, either. There are problems everywhere, and currently there is plenty of chaos here.
