Years ago, I powerlifted as a hobby.
These days, I enjoy power walking. Unfortunately, due to balancing issues, I find myself trying to find alternatives.
I really enjoy swimming.
However, pre-pandemic, people weren’t the most hygienic in the pool.
Now?
No thank you.
I no longer have the stamina to ride on a bike outside, and I haven’t gone ice skating in years.
The only exercises I do right now? Chores.
Yes.
Chores.
I have a lot of steps, so it’s working… sort of.
