Energy levels are a pain, rn.
I think the caffeine I drank around 3 or 4PM has helped. It’s funny… I’m depriving myself of caffeine to the extent that I don’t need a lot of caffeine to keep me running.
Earl Grey is very tasty. I never expected I’d enjoy it so much. Course, I have lots of different teas, including chai and Thai milk tea, but the flavors are completely different.
Sometimes I sit and wonder over the irony of finding pleasure in something that many people would find pretty mundane.
I can’t help it though.
My entire childhood I was sheltered, so I wasn’t allowed to go out and be around other people. I ended up being content with that because I had other people around me.
I’m in a whole other stage in life now… and one of the bigger goals I have is to maintain peace and calm in my life.
I have no clue if I’m still going through mania at current, but I’m trying to keep a closer eye on myself.
I did clean up part of my room last night, which is good. I need to do more though.
No goals for tonight, just to do something.
