Describe your most ideal day from beginning to end.

I wake up with minimal pain, am able to eat and drink without a problem. Am able to take my meds on time and don’t choke on them.

I can be happy that I did not hear one ambulance or police car racing down the street, sirens blasting.

There are no news reports of anyone being stabbed, carjacked, robbed, shot or killed here.

I don’t hear helicopters overhead at night and get to bed without fear that someone will break into my house.

Everything in between is pretty much a given. Incuding intestinal issues.
