So… I’m in the middle of cooking. I don’t normally move to another area to blog while I’m doing that, but I was horrified to see all of the pink right in the middle of the meat I was cooking. Sad and horrified.
At least it isn’t pork.
Pink pork meat can equal death. Which is why I avoid picking up anything pork related to cook.
Bought a lot of food today… and I’m happy. Because I was down to a lot of things I’d have to prep to be able to eat.
Hopefully the food isn’t blackened to a crisp to get rid of the pink.
I haven’t yet figured out how to make a juicy well done steak yet.
… One of these days.
