I’m working hard on improving my sleeping schedule. I’m going to aim for bed around midnight and to pop out of bed early in the AM. I have a few things to do.
- Probably cleaning one of the rooms in the house…
- Got some PT to do.
- Updates needed to calendar book.
- Schedule pick-up.
- Set out trash and recyclables.
- Etc… Etc…
- Prep for meetings. Attempting to prepare for two of them.
- Going through ‘papers’ bag and then shred stuff like crazy.
I want to get set up with potentially having space for my writing again. My bedroom and house look better than ever… and that’s saying something! Probably the mood stabilizer behind that…
Got an appointment with two doctors this week… I think. So I need to check my calendar book so make sure I don’t get things mixed up.
Time for snack, then bedding down. I have a sneaking suspicion that my cat’s room is on the schedule for tomorrow. I upgraded my ‘Chores’ list so will see how it goes.
Got none of what I was supposed to finish actually completed today. Was way too tired from Saturday.
