I have to note that everything feels very uncomfortable for me.
I have fatigue. It’s not the normal type that you have after a long and very satisfying workout. It’s not even the kind you might have after doing physical labor.
Just the mere act of walking from my car to the front doors of the store I went shopping at nearly brought me to my knees. I was hurting so much, felt so sore and worn.
I don’t know why.
I’ve noticed that even the action of reaching backwards with my arm and it feels as if I have a five-pound weight attached to it.
Walking up the stairs feels like I have a weighted backpack on. The muscles in my legs were actually burning, as if I’d gone for a very long run. The second store we went into, I brought my cane and lamented how sad it was that my legs felt better with me putting the majority of my weight on the cane.
Then there’s the muscles around the shoulders, armpits and ribs. All of that felt as if I had been lifting. My friend tried to offer me a massage, but all it did was make it worse.
I don’t like the fact that I have no idea what’s wrong with me. It’s a very isolating feeling… to be sick and not know why.
